"Fair prices, no weird surprises"
I checked a couple other sites while drinking my morning coffee, and the prices here seemed fair. Shipping wasn’t ridiculous either, which is always a nice surprise because that’s usually where things get annoying. My order showed up fine, I got exactly what I paid for, and nothing felt sketchy or overpriced. Straightforward experience, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

"Cool stuff, but the stock situation is a bit frustrating"
I do like the site overall, and they have some really cool stuff. It’s just… the inventory can be kind of annoying. A few things I wanted were either out of stock or backordered, and there wasn’t much info on when they’d be available again. When something is actually in stock, ordering is easy and everything’s fine. I just wish the stock updates were a little clearer, I guess.

"Okay item, but not really worth it after shipping"
I ordered from Kult of Athena thinking I was getting a decent deal, but by the time shipping and the final total showed up, it didn’t feel like much of a bargain anymore. The item itself was fine, not awful or anything, but I guess I expected it to feel a little nicer for what I ended up paying. I opened the box after work while my coffee was still sitting cold on the counter, and it was kind of just a shrug moment. I might order again if they had a really good sale, but otherwise I’d probably look around first.

"Easy cancellation and refund"
I had to cancel part of my order and, to be honest, I was sure it was going to turn into a hassle. But Kult of Athena got back to me faster than I expected, and the refund came through without me needing to keep following up. It all felt simple and straightforward. Things happen with orders, so I guess what matters most is how a shop handles it, and in this case they handled it well. I’d probably order from them again.

"Not quite what I expected"
I ordered this sword based on the listing, but when it arrived, the finish and size just didn’t feel like what was described. It’s not completely unusable or anything, but it was kind of stressful opening it up and realizing it wasn’t quite right after already spending the money. I just wish the description had been more accurate so I knew exactly what I was getting.

"Fits better than I expected"
I ordered a gambeson and was a little unsure about the sizing at first, like... you never really know with these things. But the size chart ended up being spot on. It fits nicely over a shirt, still gives me room to move, and there aren’t any weird tight spots or anything. So yeah, happy with it overall

"Absolutely Built to Last"
I bought this sword mostly for practice and display, and I’m telling you, this thing is solid. I’ve had it for a few months now and it hasn’t loosened up at all, not even a little. Shipping was totally fine too. The finish isn’t 100% perfect if you look closely, but durability-wise, I have zero doubt this thing can hold up.

"Pretty good site, returns could be easier"
The site itself is fine, no real issues there but the return policy felt a little strict to me. I had to read through the rules twice just to make sure I had it right, and paying for the return shipping myself was kind of a bummer. Not terrible or anything, just not the easiest return experience

I had an item on backorder, the wait was a little frustrating because I was really looking forward to getting it. It took longer than I had hoped, but whenever I reached out, they did keep me updated, which made me feel a bit better about the delay. When it finally arrived, it was in good shape, so in the end I don’t have any major complaints.

They sent me the wrong item, and I reached out to support thinking it would be a simple fix. But so far, nothing has actually been resolved. I’m just sitting here with something I didn’t order, waiting for someone to do something about it. Like, how is this okay?

Overall, it looks good, no question about it. The blade did have a few rough spots, which I noticed right away, but nothing that completely ruined it. For the price, it’s definitely not bad at all, I’m absolutely sure it’s a decent buy. I just expected the finish to be a little cleaner.

"Didn’t Look Like the Photos"
I ordered a sword based on the pictures, but when it showed up, the finish and color were noticeably different in person. It’s not awful or anything, just not really what I thought I was buying. When I reached out, the whole experience felt impersonal, like I was just another ticket number instead of an actual customer
